Busy Upper East Side restaurant seeks talented Sous Chef to oversee daily operations. Candidate must have 2-3 years of prior experience in a Sous Chef role. Fine dining and/or high volume experience preferred. Candidate must be able to manage a large staff. Assist in the development of new food programs, specials and new menu items; manage food and labor cost, daily ordering and weekly inventories.
